This project that I did last September with Karol Markos & Westforth Architecture won second place in a revised competition. After being originally canceled, the competition was relaunched with slightly different parameters. Our design didn’t change on the exterior, though some interior modifications were done to meet the new requirements.
I think this means that the jury actually liked our design best, but were worried about cost. I am still pleased by the result, even though it means it won’t be built. I’ll keep trying. Don’t forget to check out the original post.
